Hello, I took a southwest flights to hawaii and discovered it was an excellent value. The policy of not charging fees for changes provided me with flexibility, and this proved to be very useful. The crew was friendly and laid-back, making the comfortable flights enjoyable. Complimentary snacks and two checked bags made it even more enjoyable. Although there were no assigned seats, checking in early allowed me to secure a good position. All in all, it was a simple and cost-effective means of getting to the islands.
