Hello, My ticket modification experience at the Air China Bangkok Office was passable. The staff provided helpful explanations of the various options and change fees. However, technical problems caused the process to take longer than expected. Although the alteration fees were fair, there weren't many flights available. They were able to make the necessary adjustments to my ticket despite the wait. All things considered, it was a fair experience with some potential for increased effectiveness.
